Drone Soft Washing

Some buildings are awkward to clean. A four story dormitory, a warehouse roof. The old answer was scaffolding, a rented lift, or somebody on a rope. We use a drone and stay on the ground.

Soft washing is not pressure washing

Pressure washing gets a surface clean by force. Soft washing does the same job at low pressure, which matters on older siding, painted surfaces, and roofing that would not survive the alternative. The drone carries that same low pressure approach up the side of a building.

What we clean

Rooftops, siding, and exterior walls on buildings that are hard to reach any other way. Most of our work is on high rise dormitories, office towers, warehouses, manufacturing plants, historic campus buildings, and church steeples.

Cleaning from the ground

Skipping the scaffolding is the point. There is no lift to rent, no rope access crew to book, and nobody up on the building, which takes the biggest safety risk off the job. It also tends to cost less and tie the property up for less time.
