Window Cleaning in Scottsdale

Cleaning the windows of a home in Southern California

Homes here are built to show off the view, and that means glass, often a lot of it, facing the McDowell Mountains, the golf courses, and the desert sunsets. It also means the desert works against you: fine dust on the wind, monsoon storms that coat everything in late summer, and hard water that leaves a chalky film on all that beautiful glass. Dutch Touch keeps it crystal clear so the view stays the reason you bought the place.

From the historic blocks of Old Town to the gated communities of McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, DC Ranch, and Grayhawk, the homes here lean upscale and detailed, with floor to ceiling windows, high clerestory glass, and large patio sliders. Those are exactly the panes that are hardest to clean well and most worth getting right. We come prepared for the tall, the delicate, and the elaborate.

Expert Window Washing

On a high end home, the details are the job. We clean the inside and outside of every pane, then the tracks, sills, frames, and screens that most crews rush past. Sunscreens and shade screens are common here and collect a season of fine dust that dulls the light. We remove them, wash them, and reset them so the rooms feel bright again.

Hard water spotting is the desert tax on big glass. Irrigation overspray and mineral heavy water dry fast and leave a stubborn haze that ordinary cleaning cannot cut. We lift those deposits properly and treat delicate finishes with care. When the whole exterior could use attention, we bring the same precision to patios, walls, and hardscape.

Best Window Cleaners

Discerning homeowners stay with us because we respect the home and deliver a finish that holds up to a second look. The crew is licensed and insured, careful around fine furnishings and landscaping, and consistent visit after visit. We handle private residences and commercial properties alike, from a desert contemporary in Troon to a storefront in Old Town. The same standard carries to homes across the Greater Phoenix area.

If clean windows are one piece of a larger refresh, we can also check rooftop solar while we work, since desert dust quietly drains panel efficiency. A single visit can cover far more than the glass.

Built for Scottsdale Glass

Cleaning glass in this climate is its own discipline, and the volume of glass on a home here raises the stakes. The heat, the dust, and the mineral water all fight a flawless finish, so we built our process around them rather than against them, and we keep scheduling effortless and estimates clear. New to a place near the McDowell Sonoran Preserve or a longtime resident, you get the same meticulous service every time. Feel free to learn more about the Dutch Touch team.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does window cleaning cost in Scottsdale?

Price depends on the number of windows, the number of stories, and whether screens and sunscreens are included. A large home with floor to ceiling glass runs more than a smaller single level. A quick call gets you a free, exact quote for your property.

Do you handle large homes with lots of glass?

Yes, that is much of what we do here. High clerestory windows, two story walls of glass, and big patio sliders all get cleaned safely with the right equipment, inside and out, along with the tracks and screens.

Will you clean the screens and shade screens?

We do. Each screen comes off, gets washed free of dust and pollen, and goes back on. In the desert a grimy sunscreen dims a room more than the glass does, so it is part of a complete service.

What leaves the white spots on my windows?

Hard water. Sprinkler overspray and mineral rich water dry quickly in the heat and bake on a cloudy film that normal cleaning only smears. We remove those minerals correctly and can suggest ways to slow their return.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Twice a year fits most homes, in spring and again after the summer monsoon. Properties near open desert or with very large glass spans often look their best on a quarterly schedule.

What our customers say

Dutch Touch is great at what they do! I worked for them years ago, (during summers from college) and was impressed by how well this company is run. They are professional, honest, and caring to every client, regardless of the size of the job. During my time there we cleaned the windows of multi-million dollar mansions, single-wide mobile homes, commercial buildings, and whole colleges.

There is no such thing as a window that cannot be reached with them, and you’ll be amazed how much better your whole house looks with clean windows (and mirrors, lighting fixtures, etc.)

I will give one warning: once you hire Dutch Touch, you’ll probably become a customer for life. Every time I visit Lake Arrowhead, I see their red trucks parked outside houses I worked at years ago!

These guys are the real deal.  My windows were a mess after we had some construction done in the backyard-dust and dirt over everything. My brother in law had just had his windows done by Dutch Touch and highly recommended them (he is a clean freak, so I trusted him). Called on a Friday and they were out Monday to give an estimate. Ended up booking an appointment ( first available was 2 1/2 weeks out – they are busy in July), but no problem.

Two guys came out ( they were early, but that was ok with me), clean, matching shirts, introduced themselves-very professional. They put on booties before entering the house and explained exactly what they would do. Great job on the windows and screens. They even were able to get rid of some hard water stains left by a wayward sprinkler.

Definitely will be using this company again.
