Window Cleaning in Surprise

Cleaning the windows of a home in Southern California

This is home base for us, right here in Surprise, so the dust, the heat, and the hard water are not abstractions. They are what we deal with every working day. Fine grit blows in off the desert and the open land near the White Tank Mountains, the summer monsoon throws it against the glass in sheets, and the mineral heavy water dries into a chalky film that a quick rinse only spreads around. Dutch Touch has cleaned glass across this part of the Valley since long before half these neighborhoods existed, and we keep your windows clear through all of it.

From the established streets around Sun City Grand to the newer rooftops in Marley Park, Prasada, and Asante, the homes here run the full range, single level ranch houses, two story family homes, and plenty of tall entry glass that is no fun to reach safely. We come equipped for every kind, and a brand new build gets the same attention as a house that has weathered a couple of decades of desert sun.

Professional Window Washing

A real clean is more than the front of the glass. We do the inside and outside of every pane, then the tracks where blown sand collects, the sills, the frames, and the screens. Sunscreens are nearly universal out here, and they quietly fill with dust until a room feels shaded at midday. We take them down, wash them, and reset them so the daylight comes back.

The hard water is the other constant. Sprinkler overspray and mineral rich water dry in minutes and leave deposits that ordinary cleaning will not lift. We draw them off the right way and can share a few easy habits that slow them down. When the rest of the exterior needs help, we bring the same care to your driveways, patios, and walls.

Trusted Window Cleaners

People here keep us on speed dial because the experience is easy. We arrive when we say, we are tidy around the home, and we leave glass that is genuinely clear instead of streaked. The crew is licensed and insured, and being based nearby means we are never far away. Homes and businesses both, from a quiet cul de sac to a storefront near the ballpark.

If your windows are part of a bigger refresh, we can also keep an eye on rooftop solar while we are up there, since a coat of desert dust quietly cuts how much power those panels make. We hold the same standard for homes across the Greater Phoenix area.

Your Local Window Team

Cleaning glass in the desert is a craft of its own, and doing it well takes a feel for the heat, the dust, the water, and the sheer amount of glass on a modern home. We have built our routine around those conditions for years, and we keep the scheduling friendly and the estimates plain. New to a place near the ballpark or settled here for a generation, you get the same dependable service every time. You can learn more about the Dutch Touch team.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does window cleaning cost in Surprise?

It comes down to how many windows you have, how many stories, and whether screens and sunscreens are included. A single level home runs less than a two story place with tall entry glass. Since we are based right here, a quick call gets you a free, exact figure fast.

Are you really a local company?

We are. Our home base is right here in the West Valley, and we have cleaned glass across the area for years. Being local means shorter drive times, easier scheduling, and a crew that knows the desert conditions your windows face.

Do you clean screens and sunscreens?

Yes. We remove each one, wash off the trapped dust and pollen, and reinstall it. Out here a dirty sunscreen can shade a room more than the glass itself, so cleaning them often makes the biggest difference of all.

Why does my glass cloud up so quickly?

Hard water is the cause. Mineral rich water and sprinkler overspray dry fast in the heat and bake on a chalky haze that regular washing just smears. We remove those minerals properly and can suggest a few simple ways to slow the buildup.

How often should windows be cleaned here?

Twice a year suits most homes, once in spring and again after the monsoon settles in fall. Houses near open desert or new construction collect dust faster and often do better on a quarterly visit.

What our customers say

Dutch Touch is great at what they do! I worked for them years ago, (during summers from college) and was impressed by how well this company is run. They are professional, honest, and caring to every client, regardless of the size of the job. During my time there we cleaned the windows of multi-million dollar mansions, single-wide mobile homes, commercial buildings, and whole colleges.

There is no such thing as a window that cannot be reached with them, and you’ll be amazed how much better your whole house looks with clean windows (and mirrors, lighting fixtures, etc.)

I will give one warning: once you hire Dutch Touch, you’ll probably become a customer for life. Every time I visit Lake Arrowhead, I see their red trucks parked outside houses I worked at years ago!

These guys are the real deal.  My windows were a mess after we had some construction done in the backyard-dust and dirt over everything. My brother in law had just had his windows done by Dutch Touch and highly recommended them (he is a clean freak, so I trusted him). Called on a Friday and they were out Monday to give an estimate. Ended up booking an appointment ( first available was 2 1/2 weeks out – they are busy in July), but no problem.

Two guys came out ( they were early, but that was ok with me), clean, matching shirts, introduced themselves-very professional. They put on booties before entering the house and explained exactly what they would do. Great job on the windows and screens. They even were able to get rid of some hard water stains left by a wayward sprinkler.

Definitely will be using this company again.
