Window Cleaning in Peoria

Cleaning the windows of a home in Southern California

Up at the northwest edge of the Valley, this corner runs from the shops and restaurants of the P83 district out toward the open water at Lake Pleasant, and the homes in between catch a lot of weather. Dust drifts off the surrounding desert, the summer monsoon arrives with wind and grit, and the hard water leaves a cloudy film that a garden hose only spreads around. Dutch Touch stays on top of all of it, so the glass keeps the clear, bright look that makes a desert home feel open.

Newer communities like Vistancia and the neighborhoods climbing into the foothills tend to have big windows, tall entry glass, and upstairs panes that are awkward to reach safely. Closer to the sports complex and the older established streets, the homes are more settled but no less deserving of clean, streak free glass. We come ready for both, and we treat a brand new build with the same care as a house that has seen a few summers.

Top Rated Window Washing

A complete job goes well past the front of the glass. We clean both sides of every pane, then the tracks full of blown in dust, the sills, the frames, and the screens. Sunscreens are standard on the newer foothill homes, and they hold so much grit that rooms start to feel shaded by midsummer. We pull them, wash them, and put them back so the daylight returns.

Hard water is the other desert constant. Overspray and mineral heavy water dry in minutes and leave a stubborn white haze that ordinary cleaning will not remove. We lift those deposits the right way and can walk you through habits that keep them from coming back. When more than the glass needs attention, we bring that same care to driveways, patios, and exterior walls.

Cleaning streaky windows

#1 Window Cleaners

Neighbors keep recommending us because working with us is simple. We arrive when we say, we look after the home, and we leave glass that is truly clear rather than streaky. The crew is licensed and insured, with years of jobs behind us across the West Valley, homes and businesses alike, from a quiet street near Lake Pleasant Parkway to a storefront in the P83 district. We hold that same standard for homes across the West Valley.

If the windows are part of a bigger outdoor refresh, we can also check on rooftop solar while we are up there, since a coat of desert dust quietly drags down how much energy those panels produce. One visit can do a lot more than the glass alone.

Built for Desert Glass

Cleaning windows out here is its own kind of work. The heat, the wind blown dust, the mineral water, and the wide spans of glass on a modern home all push back against a clean result. We built our process around those conditions rather than fighting them, and we keep scheduling easy and estimates plain. Whether you just moved in near Lake Pleasant or have lived in the foothills for years, you get the same dependable service each time. Feel free to learn more about the Dutch Touch team.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does window cleaning cost in Peoria?

The price tracks with how many windows you have, how many floors, and whether screens and sunscreens are included. A single story home costs less than a two story place with tall foothill views. One phone call gets you a free, accurate quote for your home.

Is interior and exterior glass both included?

Yes, every visit covers both sides of each pane, plus the tracks, sills, and frames. Screens are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. We are after a complete, even finish rather than a quick rinse of the outside.

Do you clean sunscreens as well?

We do, and in this area it counts. Sunscreens collect months of dust and pollen until they noticeably darken a room. We take them off, wash them, and put them back, which frequently brightens a space more than cleaning the glass by itself.

What makes my windows look cloudy so fast?

Hard water is usually the cause. Sprinkler overspray and mineral heavy water dry quickly in the heat and leave a chalky haze that regular cleaning only moves around. We remove those minerals properly and can suggest a few easy ways to slow the buildup.

How often should the glass be cleaned?

Twice a year works for most homes, once in spring and again once the monsoon eases in fall. Homes near the lake, open desert, or new construction gather dust faster and often do better with a quarterly visit.

What our customers say

Dutch Touch is great at what they do! I worked for them years ago, (during summers from college) and was impressed by how well this company is run. They are professional, honest, and caring to every client, regardless of the size of the job. During my time there we cleaned the windows of multi-million dollar mansions, single-wide mobile homes, commercial buildings, and whole colleges.

There is no such thing as a window that cannot be reached with them, and you’ll be amazed how much better your whole house looks with clean windows (and mirrors, lighting fixtures, etc.)

I will give one warning: once you hire Dutch Touch, you’ll probably become a customer for life. Every time I visit Lake Arrowhead, I see their red trucks parked outside houses I worked at years ago!

These guys are the real deal.  My windows were a mess after we had some construction done in the backyard-dust and dirt over everything. My brother in law had just had his windows done by Dutch Touch and highly recommended them (he is a clean freak, so I trusted him). Called on a Friday and they were out Monday to give an estimate. Ended up booking an appointment ( first available was 2 1/2 weeks out – they are busy in July), but no problem.

Two guys came out ( they were early, but that was ok with me), clean, matching shirts, introduced themselves-very professional. They put on booties before entering the house and explained exactly what they would do. Great job on the windows and screens. They even were able to get rid of some hard water stains left by a wayward sprinkler.

Definitely will be using this company again.
